Incentives help nudge April auto sales in Orange County

Deals in a flat auto market are nudging buyers to local dealerships, which reported a scant sales gain in April, according to data provided by the Orange County Automobile Dealers Association.
Orange County auto sales increased 0.5 percent with increases seen among brands including Audi, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Fiat, Infiniti, Jaguar, Mitsubishi, Porsche and Subaru. In the loss column for April was Acura, Cadillac, Ford, Mercedes, Mini, smart and Volkswagen, which all saw decreases in sales.
