I-405 Improvement Project is ‘moving full speed ahead,’ with financing milestone reached

ORANGE – The Interstate 405 Improvement Project has been “moving full speed ahead” since reaching a major financing milestone a few weeks ago that allowed the contractor to proceed with design and construction, according to the program manager.
