Hurricane Harvey: How you can help the victims

A devastated Texas needs help after Hurricane Harvey, which made landfall on Friday night.
At least five are dead after the deluge, many injured and communities are destroyed.
And with floodwaters rising in much of southeast Texas, more than 450,000 people are likely to seek federal aid in recovering from Harvey, according to reports.
