Huntington Beach downtown is hosting Halloween Fest on Oct. 31

Downtown Huntington Beach will get a little spooky on Oct. 31.
The HB Downtown Business Improvement District is hosting Halloween Fest from 4 to 8 p.m. for families. There will be photo stations, creepy critters and kids activities.
Along with trick or treating there will be a costume contest for dogs at 5:30 p.m. and a contest for kids at 6 p.m. The contests
