How getting bored led Fidlar to push the right buttons in the studio

As they were working on their third album, the members of Fidlar got a little curious in the recording studio and started playing around with the equipment, pushing all sorts of buttons and gizmos just to see what would happen.
The result of these shenanigans is a new album that’s a bit of a departure from the band’s stripped-down music in favor of a more layered sound that still maintains the punk spirit of the L.A.-born group.
