Tustin man awarded French Legion of Honour Medal
Donald R. Marsh, 96, of Tustin, was recently awarded the French Legion of Honour Medal by the French Consulate’s office in Los Angeles. Marsh was recognized with France’s highest merit for his part in liberating France from Nazi Germany in World War II.
