Sales of homes in Orange County’s beachside towns fell 7.7 percent in December as seaside housing took 51 more days to sell than inland properties.
That’s what we found reviewing closed sales data for all residences — existing and newly built — from CoreLogic for December and listings, escrow and selling speed figures for existing residences for Jan. 25 from ReportsOnHousing.
