Here are the Rams’ last, hardest roster cuts

THOUSAND OAKS — The Rams last 19 preseason roster cuts included John Franklin-Myers, Dakota Allen and Dont’e Deayon, who were competing for spots on defense, and Justin Davis, KhaDarel Hodge and John Kelly, who saw action with the offense in 2018.
Also among the cuts announced Saturday afternoon were quarterback John Wolford, although he’s an example of a player the Rams will try to keep for the practice squad if he can clear waivers without being claimed by other teams.
