Google leases former Westside Pavilion property

LOS ANGELES — Google Inc. has leased the entirety of the One Westside redevelopment, a planned office campus that was formerly part of the Westside Pavilion shopping mall in West Los Angeles, company officials announced Tuesday.
Construction on the 584,000-square-feet space is expected to begin later this year, with Google expected to assume its approximately 14-year lease upon completion of construction and tenant improvements in 2022.
