Glenn Howard Memorial goes to 11 at Perris Auto Speedway

For the 11th year, Perris Auto Speedway will honor the late Glenn Howard, who was part of the Southern California racing scene for more than 50 years as a driver, car owner, official, racing business owner and innovator, with a program featuring the USAC/CRA Sprints Cars.
