Fullerton starts work on Pearl and Rolling Hills parks

The city will spend $3.8  million to turn a vacant lot on the east side of Fullerton into a park with a basketball court, tot lot and picnic area and make needed improvements to Rolling Hills Park off Bastanchury Road.
The Fullerton City Council recently voted to start construction for Pearl Park at Pearl Drive and Cameo Lane; the bulk of the project’s $1.9 million cost will be funded by a $1.6 million state grant the city secured earlier this year. St. Jude Medical Center has also su
