Fullerton is again looking at rules for controlling downtown nightlife

Fullerton is considering a “reset” of its downtown restaurant regulations, hoping to put some teeth into the city’s oversight of the area that has 60 restaurants and bars attracting thousands every weekend.
The proposal would put more city and police staff into the downtown and would allow the police chief to restrict how late businesses can offer entertainment. The city would also require businesses that sell alcohol or offer entertainment to clean the outside of their buildin
