Fullerton courthouse, shuttered over asbestos concerns, to reopen on Thursday

Orange County Superior Court’s Fullerton facility is scheduled to reopen on Thursday, Jan. 2 – nearly two weeks after air-quality concerns arose related to asbestos and prompted its temporary closure.
The North Court buildings were shuttered on Dec. 20 after workers discovered asbestos material while carrying out routine maintenance on an air-conditioning system.
