Fullerton cops arrest knife-wielding man near downtown restaurant

FULLERTON — Police officers arrested man wielding a knife in an alleged attack of another man outside a downtown bar and eatery early Thursday morning, Nov. 23.
Officers saw the man, who was not identified, assault the other man, slashing his arm in the parking lot of the JP 23 BBQ and Smokehouse, according to Fullerton police Sgt. Caren Wright.
The man was arrested without incident and the knife was recovered at the scene, Wright said.
