Fullerton Arboretum honors former dean

The Fullerton Arboretum on June 17 posthumously honored the late Harry Norman, Cal State Fullerton’s former associate vice president for international programs and dean of University Extended Education.
Norman, who served Cal State Fullerton for 23 years, led efforts to raise more than $4 million to build the arboretum’s Bacon Pavilion and Orange County Agricultural Nikkei Heritage Museum. He also helped develop the Children’s Environmental Education Program, which has served m
