Fryer: Trinity League media day was lively, informative

The Trinity League Football Media Day, Friday at The Grand banquet and meeting facility in Long Beach, appeared a bad concept for a couple of reasons.
These Trinity League football players already get plenty of attention. A college football-type of media day, a long press conference designed to help media members better know a conference’s or league’s teams, athletes and coaches, perhaps is not conducive to the development of high school kids into mature and humble adults.
