Fryer: Survey says CIF-SS schools want changes made to transfer rules

Most of the CIF-Southern Section’s 570 member schools want the transfer rules changed.
Great. Now, how to go about changing them?
The CIF-SS office sent a survey to its schools during the summer asking if the schools want changes to transfer rules. The survey was completed by 544 schools, which is 95 percent of the member schools. Of those, 72 percent stated that the transfer rules require adjustment.
The CIF-SS survey asked schools, if they agreed that transfer rules need change, to choos
