Frumpy Middle-aged Mom: My hair is growing back in and it’s, gulp, gray

Someone told me gray hair is the new blond, but I don’t think so.
I really wish I could agree with this statement, because my hair is finally growing back in after chemotherapy and it’s decidedly … gray. This seems horribly unfair to me, because I’m only 63 years old. I’m far too young to have gray hair. Yes, I am. Stop rolling your eyes.
