Free tax help offered by CSUF students, alums and faculty

Low-income families and individuals can get help preparing and filing their income tax returns courtesy of volunteers in the Cal State Fullerton community.
Through April 14, the student-run chapter of Volunteer Income Tax Assistance offers free assistance in preparing simple tax returns for families earning $60,000 per household or less. VITA is sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service.
Volunteers — students, alumni and faculty members — are trained and certified by the IRS, an
