Fountain Valley Tip-A-Cop draws a huge crowd to support Special Olympics

The safest place you could be last Thursday, Sept. 14, was Claim Jumper Restaurant.
The popular eatery was swarming with police officers, SWAT members, police dogs and firefighters.
It was also packed with residents as the Fountain Valley Police Department held its annual Tip-A-Cop event, a fundraiser for the Southern California Special Olympics.
Each year, police officers raise funds for the Special Olympics by selling 50-50 tickets, holding a silent auction and selling Special Olympics T-shirt
