Fountain Valley police shoot man during traffic accident probe

Fountain Valley police officers shot a 34-year-old man on Saturday, Oct. 14 during an investigation of a fatal traffic accident, authorities said.
Westminster police were dispatched around 5:18 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14 to Magnolia Street and Edinger Avenue on reports of gunshots involving Fountain Valley police officers, according to Westminster Police Officer Alan Aoki in a statement.
