Fountain Valley cracks down on impaired driving

The Fountain Valley Police Department has announced it will stage a DUI checkpoint on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 22 – 23, at an undisclosed location. The department is also partnering through Jan. 1 with the California Office of Traffic Safety and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in a year-end enforcement effort to catch impaired drivers.
