Former prosecutor, suspended by state bar for misconduct, is no longer employed by Orange County DA’s Office

A former prosecutor found to have improperly withheld evidence for a 2013 child-abuse trial is no longer with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, officials said.
Sandra Nassar – who in early February began a six-month California State Bar suspension from practicing law – is no longer a county employee as of Feb. 22, according to Melanie Eustice, the DA’s chief of administration and public affairs.
