Former Pro Bowl linebacker Clay Matthews signs with Rams

After a decade spent in Green Bay, where his reign of terrorizing quarterbacks led to 83.5 sacks, six Pro Bowls and the 2010 NFL Defensive Player of the Year award, Clay Matthews will return home to Southern California, where he has signed a two-year deal to join the Rams.
Matthews, who turns 33 before next season, adds a proven veteran to a pass rush that the Rams already fortified this offseason with the re-signing of Dante Fowler. But Matthews is no longer the dominant force on the edge he on
