For Rams’ offensive line, changes keep coming in a rush

THOUSAND OAKS — The Rams have crossed their fingers, sometimes behind their backs, when they’ve talked about their offensive line this season, saying the unit would improve as two newcomers gained experience.
It hasn’t happened as quickly as needed, as the Rams’ 20-7 loss to the San Francisco 49ers last Sunday made clear.
And the chances it will happen soon faded when young guard Joe Noteboom went down with a knee injury early in that game.
