Foothill’s boys water polo team took another step toward the program’s fifth CIF title.
The Knights fought off a challenge from Murrieta Valley to capture a 10-7 victory in a second round match at Foothill Saturday to advance into the semifinals Wednesday.
The top-seeded Knights (22-7) will face Redlands East Valley at the Woollett Center in Irvine Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Corona del Mar and Agoura play in the other semifinal at 5 p.m. with the winners moving on to the finals on Saturd
