Firefighters work to increase Lilac fire containment lines in San Diego County

Firefighters are pushing through the Lilac fire in San Diego County, reaching 60 percent containment Sunday morning, Dec. 10, fire officials said.
“Firefighters continue to improve and increase containment lines,” Cal Fire fire officials said in a 7 a.m. statement. “Weather, which includes the winds, has been favorable for firefighters.”
