Firefighters battling commercial fire in Anaheim

Firefighters were working to extinguish a commercial blaze in Anaheim Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.
The fire was reported shortly before 1 p.m. at a commercial area on West La Palma Avenue near North Gilbert Street. It had grown to 3-alarm fire, said Anaheim police and fire spokesman Sgt. Shane Carringer, adding that there were other units that could be affected.
No injuries had been reported, Carringer said.
Westbound La Palma Avenue was closed as firefighters battled the blaze.
