Fight for L.A.? Not so much. It’s going to take a while for the Rams and Chargers to build any on-field rivalry. Sunday’s game at the Coliseum has early-season implications in the standings, and it’s a union of two head coaches who share a lot of history, but there’s nothing extra to the
