Fewer people are getting onto OCTA’s buses, so officials hope they’ll use its ride-sharing service, OC Flex
The Orange County Transportation Authority will try its own version of a ride-share service in a few cities for the next year.
OC Flex will launch Oct. 15 in parts of Huntington Beach and Westminster, and Oct. 20 in parts of Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel and Mission Viejo.
