Fernando Padilla feels at home in LFA 30 co-main event

Fernando Padilla is thousands of miles away from home, yet still feels at home.
After leaving his native Chihuahua, Mexico, to hone his MMA skills with Team Oyama in Irvine, the featherweight couldn’t be happier with life as he takes on Talison Soares in the LFA 30 co-main event Friday night in Costa Mesa.
“I love this. I love the training. This is the best gym I’ve ever been,” Padilla said. “Training is so intense. Everything is hard and challenging.”
