Federal customs fee increases target Ontario, San Bernardino and John Wayne airports

Fourteen members of Congress from California and mostly other western states are objecting to a new fee increase from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency imposed on 60 small- and medium-sized airports — including three in Southern California.
