Fatal head-on motorcycle crash occurs on Ortega Highway

A head-on crash between an SUV and a motorcycle on the Ortega Highway west of Lake Elsinore turned fatal Sunday morning.
The crash was reported just before 10 a.m. near Tenaja Truck Trail — about 10 minutes west of the Ortega Oaks Candy Store and Goods, according to a California Highway Patrol incident log. The log didn’t clearly say who died.
