Faces are extra long these days in Kings’ locker room

LOS ANGELES – Long faces these days are a constant in the Kings’ locker room. Alec Martinez’s was extra long following Saturday night’s 4-2 loss to the Vancouver Canucks at Staples Center.
Vancouver entered on an eight-game losing streak, they had one overtime loss during it, which made the loss even more glaring.
Martinez was part of the Kings’ Stanley Cup titles in 2012 and 2014, so to now be on this team with the worst record in the league, can’t be easy.
