Excessive heat warning issued throughout Orange County

An excessive heat warning has been issued for Orange County today, Oct. 23 by the National Weather Service. The warning could alter high school sports schedules.
“Santa Ana winds and strong high pressure aloft will bring hot weather through Wednesday,” the advisory said.
“Highs from 98 to 106 for inland Orange County and the western Inland Empire and the western valleys in San Diego County. The heat will likely reach all the way to the coast where highs will range from the mid
