Ex-coach at Hacienda Heights school faces probation or jail time for relationship with student

A former basketball coach at Cedarlane Academy in Hacienda Heights admitted to having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old student, authorities confirmed Tuesday.
Terrence Lee, 30, of La Habra, took a deal and pleaded no contest on Friday, May 18, to one felony count of oral copulation of a person under 16, according to Sarah Ardalani, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
