Ethics panel still not inspiring confidence
More than 15 months on, and we finally have a county Ethics Commission — sort of.
Last week, the Board of Supervisors approved the third member, Todd Spitzer’s nominee, retired Superior Court Judge Barbara Tam Nomoto-Schumann.
