Estancia High takes first in BIA’s ‘Design/Build’ competition

Costa Mesa’s Estancia High School beat out teams from nine other high schools Sunday, April 7, to take first place in the Southern California Building Industry Association’s annual “Design/Build” competition in Huntington Beach.
