Easier transfers to UC from community college

Many adult Californians lucky enough to have received one of the best college educations in the world on the cheap thanks to the University of California and California State University systems know just how lucky they were.
Admission to the campuses of their choice, especially those with the best reputation, was never a lock, but it was doable. And there was always the fallback of lesser-known public universities.
No campus — with the possible exception of UC Merced, still struggling to a
