Ducks take shootout victory from Islanders

UNIONDALE, N.Y. — The Ducks and New York Islanders couldn’t settle matters in regulation play or in a five-minute overtime period, so they went to a shootout Saturday at Nassau Coliseum. Jakob Silfverberg won it 6-5 for the Ducks with a slick backhander.
