Ducks right wing Patrick Eaves making strides in return from broken rib

WINNIPEG, Manitoba — Patrick Eaves didn’t make the trip with his Ducks teammates.
But it would seem to be only a matter of time before he’s sound enough to play again. The oft-injured right winger would could be the third in a line of returning players to their lineup, following defenseman Cam Fowler and Rickard Rakell last week.
Eaves’ return would leave the Ducks with only two injured players: goaltender Ryan Miller (sprained knee), right wing Corey Perry (kne
