Ducks right wing Corey Perry undergoes knee surgery, out up to five months
ANAHEIM — Ducks right wing Corey Perry underwent right knee surgery to mend damaged meniscus and a torn MCL and will be lost to the team for up to five months, General Manager Bob Murray said Wednesday. Perry could return to the team by March 1, in time for the playoff drive, if all goes well.
“They saved his right meniscus, which was flopped over, and they also fixed his MCL that has been bad for the last three or four years, so they fixed that,” Murray said. “
