Drummond: New rules in Yorba Linda for accessory dwelling units

A new ordinance regulating accessory dwelling units – commonly called “granny flats” or “in-law quarters” or “second units” – is effective today, April 16, after 5-0 approval by the Yorba Linda City Council.
