Don’t believe the doomsday scenarios on our housing needs
A spate of recent research reports all seem to point to a severe housing shortage in California. Most notable among these is a McKinsey Global Institute report, which projects that by 2025, at current construction rates, California’s housing gap will be 2.5 million units.
