Donation fund launched for slain Long Beach fire Capt. David Rosa

A donation fund has been created for the family of Long Beach Fire Capt. David Rosa, who was fatally shot in the line of duty this week while responding to an explosion at a downtown Long Beach senior-living apartment building.
