Dodgers’ Ross Stripling will start Sunday as September roster additions begin

PHOENIX — At least one of the Dodgers’ September roster additions will get immediate work.
Right-hander Ross Stripling will be activated from the Injured List and start Sunday against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Stripling has been out since July 24 with a combination of a strained neck and biceps tendinitis.
Stripling is expected to pitch two or three innings with rookie right-hander Dustin May following at some point. It will be May’s second relief appearance. The first did not
