Dodgers just waiting for A.J. Pollock to get hot

MILWAUKEE — It’s not that A.J. Pollock has gotten off to a terrible start. He just hasn’t gotten off to a good one.
Out of the starting lineup Sunday for only the third time in the Dodgers’ first 24 games, Pollock carried a .238 batting average to the bench with him. His on-base (.305) and slugging (.369) percentages lag well behind his career norms. Over the previous 11 games, he was just 6 for 33 (.182).
