A Pasadena doctor admitted on Friday, Jan. 3 to conspiring to defraud California’s workers’ compensation fund, part of a multi-million dollar fraud scheme that prosecutors allege the physician ran along with a former Orange County prosecutor who is now a Superior Court judge.
