Disney says it will give $500,000 for wildfire relief

The Walt Disney Company said it plans to give $500,000 to support firefighters and victims of the devastating wildfires that still threaten California today.
“The firefighters are true heroes, and we honor their tireless commitment as they continue to battle these devastating wildfires,” Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger said in a prepared statement. “Our hearts go out to the families and communities that have been so severely affected.”
