Diane Dixon for Assembly District 74

Two years ago, business owner Cottie Petrie-Norris pulled off an upset over Assemblyman Matthew Harper in the race to represent Assembly District 74.
The district, which includes Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and portions of Huntington Beach and Irvine, had previously long been represented by Republicans.
